I have been a computer technician for 27 years.  After working as a computer  technician in a hospital for several years, I started my own business which I operated until 2008.  Since then I have provided remote online support on behalf of companies such as Symantec, AOL, Staples, OfficeMax, and others.

I now offer my service directly to my customers.  From tune ups to virus removal, there is little that cannot be resolved conveniently online.
